Bath Melts are a super easy way to make your bath relaxing.
The reason they’re easy is because it’s only a couple of ingredients.

Made simply with Coconut Oil and your favorite essential oils. Coconut oil mostirizes your skin, along with essential oils, this recipe can be calming and nourshing. Just make sure your oils are pure and not harmful to you when using in hot water.
After making your melts, you can store them in the fridge or throw them in your bath whenever you choose. My recipe makes a small batch, so you can use them all at once or store a couple for later use.
What you need to make Bath Melts:
- Mold
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 10-30 drops of essential oil

Melt your coconut oil in a small pot with shallow water on low heat.

Turn off heat and add your essential oils. I choose to use stress away and I used 12 drops.

Stir till incorporated. Next, pour slowly into molds.

Leave over night to harden. Sometimes this can take 24 hours. After they’ve hardened, store in fridge or use them right away.
Depending on your mold, this recipe only makes a few melts at a time. You can double your recipe!

I choose to use Stress Away from Young Living. If you would like to order this oil, you can comment below or send me a message.
